Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your Order ID and phone number.

What are the available payment methods?
We accept  bKash, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Partial payment is also available, and pre-payment is required for pre-order items.

What are the delivery charges?

Inside Dhaka  City: 70 TK
Outside Dhaka: 120 TK
Express Delivery (Dhaka only): 100 TK
How long does delivery take?
Regular delivery times vary by location. Express delivery within Dhaka ensures faster arrival. Usually it takes 2 days inside Dhaka and 3/4 days outside. If there is any delay for any reason, the buyer will be informed about it through phone call or SMS.

Do you offer express delivery?
Yes, express delivery is available only in Dhaka city.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not been dispatched yet, you may request a change or cancellation by contacting our support team.
